3. Payments & No-Refund Policy
All payments made through PsycMe are final.
No refunds or cancellations are permitted once an appointment is confirmed. Users are advised to verify session details before booking.
In case of a missed or rescheduled session, users may contact the therapist directly to arrange an alternate slot at their discretion.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse, misrepresent, or provide false information during registration or sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and session data.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
PsycMe shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from therapy outcomes or third-party actions.
